The buyer is required to check the products for any damages and immediately report it to the courier company and refuse to take the parcel on which the damage is visible. When we send the goods in original packaging to your door and you accept the goods with the required signature on the receipt, you confirm that the goods have been delivered in good condition.
Costs incurred of returning the goods, due to the non receipt or collection by the buyer, are paid by the buyer.
The goods are insured against the loss in transit. If the customer, even after 14 days of placing the order, does not receive any notice about the shipment from the seller, they must notify the seller, in order for the seller to activate the procedure for tracing the goods.
In most cases, delivery will be completed within 3 – 5 working days upon receipt of the payment. Notwithstanding, the seller reserves the rights to ship the goods within 14 days of receipt of payment, about which the customer will be notified accordingly.
Kletuš Ltd. reserves the right not to deliver the goods on the basis of non payment and for orders with incomplete and/or inaccurate information.
When paying by credit card, authorization is pending and the seller will charge the buyer's credit card immediately before delivery. All internet transactions are protected by a security code. Seller does not have any access to the data from your credit card, since after selecting the card method of payment, you are redirected to PencePay pages, where you provide the payment details.
After the payment is taken, you will receive a notice in electronic form with an indication of delivery details. A paper receipt will be sent to you together with your parcel.
All prices include VAT.
All products that are for sale have an illustration and a short description. Each item is individually examined before sending and Kletuš Ltd. guaranties that all products are shipped to the buyer in the condition as described.
We have done our best to present the exact colours of the articles shown in the photos on the website. As colours may vary from monitor to monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor will show the exact colour of the article, therefore, minor colour deviations are possible.
We accept complaints and returns in the following cases:
- if we supplied the goods that were not ordered
- if the goods are delivered damaged or with a fault
The goods must be returned in original condition and in original packaging and must not be used.
The buyer loses the right to obtain warranty on the product in the event of unauthorized modification of the product, or any intervention on the product. In all these cases, returns will not be accepted.
In order to obtain the warranty, the product should be returned together with the copy of the receipt, as proof of purchase. Returns sent as a package must be properly packed. Improperly packed items or those where there has been visible mechanical damage in transport will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own expense.
All complaints must be submitted by e-mail within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The product must be shipped within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. Please keep the proof of shipment (date of shipment). Subsequent complaints will not be accepted.
Kletuš Ltd. obliges to protect customer's personal data through obtaining only basic information on buyers/users, that is necessary for the fulfilment of our obligations: Kletuš Ltd. informs customers about the way we collect information and gives customers an option to obtain their information collected, including the right to decide whether or not to have their name removed from lists used for marketing campaigns.
All information is strictly confidential and available only to the employees for whom it is necessary to perform the job. All employees of Kletuš Ltd. and its business partners are responsible for compliance with the customer data protection policy.
